About
The International Meditation Hour is a simple invitation to pause, breathe,
and reconnect with what is essential. Rooted in the timeless wisdom of stillness,
it is open to every tradition, language, and location.
Our Purpose
To create a shared global rhythm of silence that transcends borders, traditions, and ideologies.
Our Vision
A world strengthened by inner peace — one hour at a time, together.
How It Works
- 🌍 Quarterly Global Gatherings — We unite at set times each year.
- 🧠 Knowledge Transfer — We briefly hear from speakers on various topics.
- 🧘 Shared Stillness — Each participant meditates in their own tradition.
- 💬 Reflections & Dialogue — Optional time for shared insights after meditation.
- 🔔 Continued Connection — Gentle reminders and reflection prompts between sessions.
