What to Expect
One hour of knowledge, silence, and shared reflection across traditions.
- Opening Perspectives (15–20 minutes): Inspiring remarks from invited speakers on the value of meditation in daily life, including insights from neuroscience and the Vedic tradition.
- Meditation (20 minutes): A period of silence together, followed by a gradual 2–3 minute return to activity. You are welcome to participate within your own tradition.
- Discussion & Q&A (15–18 minutes): An interactive exchange with speakers, offering space for questions and shared insights.
- Closing (2 minutes): A brief expression of gratitude and reflection before we part.
- After the Hour: An optional reflection prompt will be emailed to you to support your ongoing practice.
Through the practice of Transcendental Meditation, one automatically makes full use of one’s surroundings.
